Orders & Payment
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net-banking from all major Indian banks, popular wallets, and Cash-on-Delivery in eligible pin-codes for orders below ₹ 5,000.00.
Yes. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Just open your order in your account or email us. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Yes. A GST invoice is included in every parcel and is also available in your account under the order details.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email/SMS as soon as it leaves our workshop.
2–4 business days for metro cities, 3–6 days for most other cities, and 5–8 days for remote pin-codes and the North-East.
Couriers sometimes update tracking in batches. If there is no movement for 3+ business days, please email us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Unworn items with original tags and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks and pierced accessories are non-returnable — please see our Returns page.
Open your order in your account or email contact@theregalroute.com with your order number and reason.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Products & Quality
We work with premium natural and performance fabrics — combed and Pima cotton, linen, merino wool and four-way-stretch knits. The exact composition is listed on every product page.
Each product page has a detailed size guide with chest, waist and length measurements. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Our garments are ethically manufactured in India with partners audited for fair wages and safe working conditions.
Most pieces are machine washable cold and best air-dried. Always check the care label and the Care spec on the product page.
All fabrics are pre-shrunk and colour-fast. Washing inside-out on a cold cycle keeps them looking new for longer.
Account & Privacy
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist and re-order faster.
